- Shipping is charged based on volumetric weight (including packaging), shipping for teaware is more expensive as we need to use a box instead of a bag.
- Teaware is only shipped to New Zealand and Australia.
- Tea is Enough currently only ship Tea to New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, USA, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore. But are open to shipping elsewhere, if you’d like shipping to a country not on this list, please email support@teaisenough.co.nz.
- Tea is Enough does not currently plan on shipping to the E.U. due to strict import regulations on tea.
- All shipping to eligible countries should be tracked, and a tracking number will be supplied to you as soon as possible.
- We are not liable for any import fees your country charges you upon arrival of an order.
