Shipping is charged based on volumetric weight (including packaging), shipping for teaware is more expensive as we need to use a box instead of a bag.
Teaware is only shipped to New Zealand and Australia.
Tea is Enough currently only ship Tea to New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, USA, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore. But are open to shipping elsewhere, if you’d like shipping to a country not on this list, please email support@teaisenough.co.nz.
Tea is Enough does not currently plan on shipping to the E.U. due to strict import regulations on tea.
All shipping to eligible countries should be tracked, and a tracking number will be supplied to you as soon as possible.
We are not liable for any import fees your country charges you upon arrival of an order.
